Educating and Supporting Teachers

As teachers we know the positivity we bring and spread to students. However, we also know the difficulties in teaching and getting the most out of students.

For teachers we help in:
-
Providing educational courses and teaching in up-to-date SEN teaching strategies, including training day conventions.
-
Identifying children's needs and how best to support each student individually.
-
Knowledge of children's hierarchical understanding of their support systems and trusted staff members.
-
Support for early careers teachers (ECT) in educating child development and strategies for success.
-
Guidance in approaching and developing positive relationships with students.
Facilitating Parents/Carers Positive Situations
Parents are teachers and carers all in one person and the amount of support and guidance they provide is exponential. Parents deserve to receive as much support as others, if not more!

For parents we can:
-
Provide termly programs that support and monitor their children's milestones throughout school terms.
-
Facilitate support and guidance during half-term/termly holidays.
-
Share techniques that work at home and at school to strengthen a positive ethos.
-
Meetings, observations, and plans created by an assembly involved in the child's care.
-
Produce a cohesive attitude towards individualised students to receive identical messages at home and school.

To Become the Best Version of Themselves!
